The Y Area is a small, older neighborhood offering market entry level homes, remodel opportunities and from time to time large estate homes overlooking a meadow. This area is one of the first neighborhoods you pass through when you come into South Lake Tahoe. The amenities for this area are that is in a great location to shopping, bike trails to the lake and walking distance to the Outlet stores. Some new remodels are also available from time to time.
