North Upper Truckee Neighborhood
The entire North Upper Truckee area is nestled up against Echo Summit & Angora Ridge and also close to the Truckee River, which offers endless recreation for those nearby. This area was devastated by the Angora fire, but there has been a rebuilding process and now there are a lot of new construction houses and a community of people who take care of each other.
The amount of local Tahoe residents live in this area and have decided to call this neighborhood home for many years. They take pride in their homes and their families and it shows. When compared with the rest of South Lake Tahoe real estate, homes in the North Upper Truckee have always ranked well in median home values. Most of the area offers mountain views, large lots and quiet disrupted quiet. This quaint little area is a hidden gem in the South Shore.
